Term & Conditions, Delivery & Returns

Howdy!

A few things you need to know before making up your mind:

- As we are offering all items at a great discount we do not offer refunds, hope you'll understand.

- However, we do accept a return for an exchange (for postal buyers only) only if the item is not the colour or size you thought it would be (so best to check elsewhere first). The return must be made within 7 days of placing your order (which include delivery times etc). The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the item back to us and must use a delivery service that includes insurance which will cover the cost of the item in case it gets damaged in transit. The buyer is also responsible for the delivery cost of the new exchanged item & pay the difference in price of the new item (if the price of the new item for an exchange is lower, we will refund the difference). Any returns for an exchange will also incur a £10 administration fee. The item must be in the original condition, with tags and no marks or scratches on it (or on the dustbag, if it comes with one).

- If you are buying (or collecting) in person, please note we only accept cash (no refunds or exchange).

- If you suspect that the item was damaged whilst in transit, please let us know on the day you receive it so that we can contact the delivery company, request for a full investigation and proceed to make a claim with them.

- You are more than welcome to see any items in person that you may be interested in to certify the originality. We are based in E2 (we don't have a shop). Alternately you can contact us via email (or just call us 07527 666 151) and we will email you as many actual photos of the item as possible before you make up your mind. 

- If you are happy to place an order (and accepting our Terms & Conditions) a paypal invoice which includes  p&p, will be send to you. Once paid, we will ship the item to you via Royal Mail's Next Day Special Delivery service  & email you the tracking number (feel free to enquire with them).  Currently the cost of this service is £9.05. But, if you would like to use your own courier to pick up from us & deliver to you, then feel free to let us know and no p&p will be added to the invoice. As always, pick-up is offered for free.

- We also offer discount on shipping if you want us to deliver more than one item. Items will then will be delivered using the insured (in case anything happens to in during transit) delivery service. 

- We do international shipping (but currently only to Malaysia & Singapore) and the shipping rate varies, so please contact us to find out more. Please note that the sale for international order is final. No refunds or exchange.

- We are not affiliated with any brands or retailer. Just great fashion-lovers, like you!
